Research Grant
One of the main remits of the FOBZ committee is research into animal welfare, conservation and husbandry. To this end the FOBZ committee dedicate £1000 each calendar year as a ‘Research Grant’.
Applications are invited for research that will support the work of Banham Zoo and the animal species we care for. This could take the form of research into conservation and breeding programmes (in captivity or in situ), animal welfare or education.
Only non-invasive studies with a sound basis in animal behaviour, welfare or conservation will be considered.
