Natural World Art Group 2011
The 'Natural World Art Group' (NWAG) was created with the aim to encourge fellow artists to discover the zoo and its animal residents, appreciate the facilities it can provide and utilise the resource.
NWAG is organsied by a small committee of local artists and members of The Friends of Banham Zoo
Funds raised from commission charged to artists on the sales of work directly support the activities of the Friends of Banham Zoo.
NWAG is growing steadily to become one of the leading wildlife art groups in the U.K and welcomes all 'wildlife and the living world' artists from novice to seasoned professional, whether locally based or from further afield, to participate.
Art Exhibitions 2011
All Exhibitions will be held at the Natural World Art Group Gallery at Banham Zoo.
SUMMER EXHIBITION “Wildlife”
A showcase for the artists of The Natural World Art Group revealing the extent of their abilities and talent by depicting a variety of subject matters of their choice in various mediums - Watercolours, Oils, Acrylics and Sculpture. Stunning original artwork, prints and cards.
Exhibition will run on Saturday 16th July from 6:00pm to 10:00pm and open daily 1pm – 5pm from Saturday 23rd July 2011 to Bank Holiday Monday 29th August 2011 inclusive.
